Психологические особенности студентов-спортсменов
Abstract
The aim of the study was to determine the level of situational and personal anxiety student-athletes, and the identification of a high level of anxiety. Students-sportsmen level of personal anxiety higher than that of persons not involved in sports (p<0,001). Among psychological characteristics with a high level of anxiety in student athletes dominated phenomena fatigue, emotional disorders and phobias. For correction of identified psychological features can be used a number of psychotherapeutic techniques that help you adjust the level of stress.
