A patient is entitted to gettihg relevant information concerning his health status, examination and healment technigues as well as possible risks. If a physician, while perfoming his duties, is oblivious of the patients rights, this might serve as a prereguisite to a conflict. Cooperation is the best way for a doctor and patient to interact.
