Актуализация идей А. Д. Сахарова в контексте проблематики нравственных ограничений информационной войны
Аннотации
Sakharov n the 60s of the last century described the empirical-opportunistic method used by States when carrying out activities which today is defined as "information war". There are need to update of ways of elimination the main threats to intellectual freedom, described Sakharov. These can be used for Policy Making to counter information pollution.
