Предикция высокого риска первого психоза по результатам нистагмографии

Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess the feasibility of oculomotor parameters for instrumental evaluation of the risk of a first psychosis. Clinical high risk for psychosis persons were assessed by saccade test. All participants passed a medical examination before the conscription. The study provided data that individuals with serious behavioral problems in adolescence had a reduced accuracy of saccadic eye movements. The authors conclude that the study eye motility may be a useful tool for the prediction of first psychosis in young adults undergoing examination in connection with the upcoming service in the armed forces.
