Характеристика уровня эндотелина-1 у пациентов с интрамуральным ходом коронарной артерии

Abstract

В основе патогенетического действия интрамурального хода коронарной артерии лежит транзиторная ишемия миокарда, способная служить основой острого сердечно-сосудистого события. Для оценки состояния коронарного русла в ходе исследования определен уровень эндотелина-1 в плазме крови у пациентов с верифицированным интрамуральным ходом коронарной артерии и лиц из группы контроля. Полученные данные свидетельствует о повышении значения вазоактивного агента у пациентов с туннелированным сегментом.

The pathogenetic effect of the intramural course of the coronary artery is based on the transient ischemia of the myocardium, which can serve as the basis for an acute cardiovascular event. To assess the state of the coronary flow during the study, the level of endothelin-1 in the blood plasma was determined in patients with verified intramural course of the coronary artery and persons from the control group. The data obtained indicate an increase in the value of the vasoactive agent in patients with a tunneled segment. This can be regarded as manifestations of endothelial dysfunction, which can later lead to the development of adverse manifestations from the cardiovascular system, and requires further study.
