Динамика цитологической картины воспалительного очага у пациентов с фурункулами челюстно-лицевой области при использовании электрорефлексотерапии в послеоперационном лечении

Abstract

В исследовании участвовали 30 пациентов (15 мужчин и 15 женщин) с фурункулами челюстно-лицевой области, которым при поступлении в стационар проводили первичную хирургическую обработку инфекционно-воспалительного очага. Из них 20 пациентам (10 мужчин и 10 женщин), кроме стандартного комплексного послеоперационного лечения, назначался курс электрорефлексотерапии. Цитологический анализ выполняли на 1, 3, 5-е сутки после операции. Результаты исследования обрабатывали статистически. Полученные результаты позволяют заключить об объективности цитологического анализа для оценки эффективности примененного послеоперационного лечения у данной категории пациентов и доказывают преимущества последнего.

Aim of research is to analyze the dynamics of the cells population of the infectious-inflammatory focus in patients with boils in maxilla-facial area when electroacupuncture is included into postoperative treatment. 20 patients with boils in maxilla-facial area were involved into the examination (10 men and 10 women). They underwent first surgical treatment of the infectious-inflammatory focus when entering into the hospital and had standard complex postoperative treatment combined with acupuncture. Cytological analysis were made 1, 3, 5 days after the operation. Results of examination were processed with computer program Statistica10.0. Significant difference received in cytological analysis of festering wounds healing in patients with boils in maxilla-facial area allow: to make conclusion that the cytological analysis is objective for evaluation of applied postoperative treatment effectiveness for this kind of patients; show the advantage of the complex postoperative treatment with electroacupuncture.
