Диагностика дефицита тестостерона у пациентов мужского пола с острыми инфекционными деструкциями легких

Abstract

Разработан комплекс мероприятий по диагностике дефицита тестостерона у пациентов мужского пола с острыми инфекционными деструкциями легких (далее — ОИДЛ), основанный на анализе результатов лабораторного определения уровня общего тестостерона сыворотки крови и частоты его дефицита при отдельных формах и осложнениях заболевания. Предложена математическая модель диагностики андрогенного дефицита, заключающаяся в расчете вероятности его наличия на основании данных о нейтрофильно-лимфоцитарном индексе, концентрации альбумина и общего холестерина сыворотки крови. Диагностическая точность предложенной модели составила 84 %, чувствительность — 96 %, специфичность — 41 %.

The complex of therapeutic remedies for diagnostics and treatment of androgen deficiency in man with acute infectious pulmonary destructions (AIPD), based on the analysis of laboratory results of determining the level of total serum testosterone and the frequency of its deficiency in certain forms and complications of the disease, was developed. The method is based on the analysis of the frequency of testosterone deficiency in certain variants of the combination of forms and complications of AIPD and on produced mathematical model for determining the likelihood of testosterone deficiency, using indicators of the neutrophilic-lymphocytic ratio, the concentration of albumin and total blood cholesterol. The mathematical model for diagnosing androgen deficiency is proposed, which includes calculating the probability of its presence on the basis of data on the neutrophil-lymphocytic ratio, the concentration of albumin and total serum cholesterol. Diagnostic accuracy of the proposed model was 84 %, sensitivity — 96 %, specificity — 41 %.
