Структура заболеваемости детей первого года жизни в Республике Беларусь

Abstract

Проведен анализ структуры заболеваемости детей грудного возраста за период 2010–2019 гг. С 2010 по 2019 г. показатель заболеваемости детей первого года жизни увеличился на 3,3 %. В структуре заболеваемости детей грудного возраста на протяжении периода 2010–2019 гг. первое место занимали болезни органов дыхания, отмечался рост показателя первичной заболеваемости на 12,7 %. Нозологическая структура заболеваний органов дыхания представлена в основном острыми респираторными инфекциями верхних дыхательных путей, гриппом, пневмониями. У детей первого года жизни в 2019 г. относительно уровня 2010 г. наблюдалось повышение на 8,2 % показателя заболеваемости острыми респираторными инфекциями верхних дыхательных путей; снижение на 18,2 % количества случаев пневмонии. В 2019 г. по сравнению с 2010 г. практически в 3 раза снизилась первичная заболеваемость гриппом. Самый большой рост показателя первичной заболеваемости наблюдался по классу «Врожденные аномалии (пороки развития), деформации и хромосомные нарушения» — на 26,8 %. В структуре врожденных пороков первое место занимали врожденные аномалии системы кровообращения, второе место — врожденные аномалии и деформации костно-мышечной системы.

The analysis of the morbidity structure in infants for the period 2010–2019 has been carried out. From 2010 to 2019, the incidence rate of children in the first year of life increased by 3.3 %. In the structure of morbidity in infants during the period 2010–2019, the first place was occupied by diseases of the respiratory system, there was an increase in the primary morbidity rate by 12.7 %. The nosological structure of respiratory diseases is represented mainly by acute respiratory infections of the upper respiratory tract, influenza, pneumonia. In children of the first year of life in 2019 compared to the level of 2010, there was an 8.2 % increase in the incidence rate of acute respiratory infections of the upper respiratory tract; decrease by 18.2 % in the number of cases of pneumonia. In 2019, compared to 2010, the primary incidence of influenza decreased by almost 3 times. The largest increase in the primary morbidity rate was observed in the class “Congenital anomalies (malformations), deformities and chromosomal abnormalities” — by 26.8 %. In the structure of congenital malformations, the first place was taken by congenital anomalies of the circulatory system, the second place was taken by congenital anomalies and deformations of the musculoskeletal system.
