Административные особенности осуществления государственного санитарного надзора в городе Минске

Abstract

Резюме: по результатам анализа изменений и дополнений в законодательстве, регламентирующем контрольную (надзорную) деятельность органов и учреждений, осуществляющих государственный санитарный надзор, по г. Минску за период с 2016 по 2019 гг. выявлен дисбаланс, заключающийся в том, что либерализация предпринимательской деятельности способствует росту количества объектов с установленными нарушениями санитарно эпидемиологического законодательства Республики Беларусь.

Resume: based on the analysis of amendments and additions to the legislation governing the control (supervisory) activities of bodies and institutions exercising state sanitary supervision in Minsk for the period from 2016 to 2019. an imbalance was revealed that the liberalization of entrepreneurial activity contributes to an increase in the number of facilities with established violations of the sanitary and epidemiological legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
