Анамнестические особенности детей первого года жизни с врожденными пороками и малыми аномалиями развития сердца

Abstract

В данной статье представлены особенности анамнеза детей первого года жизни, имеющих врожденные пороки и структурные аномалии развития сердца, выявленные за период 2018–2022 гг. на территории г. Гомеля и Гомельской области. Проведён ретроспективный анализ историй болезней пациентов отделений У «Гомельская областная детская клиническая больница» с целью установления половой структуры пациентов, имеющих представленные заболевания, а также оценки основных анамнестических показателей, предположительно имеющих влияние на возникновение врожденных патологий сердечно-сосудистой системы.

This article presents the features of the anamnesis of children in the first year of life with congenital malformations and structural anomalies in the development of the heart, identified over the period 2018–2022. on the territory of the city of Gomel and the Gomel region. A retrospective analysis of the case histories of patients of the departments of the Gomel Regional Children's Clinical Hospital was carried out in order to establish the gender structure of patients with the presented diseases, as well as to assess the main anamnestic indicators that presumably have an impact on the occurrence of congenital pathologies of the cardiovascular system.
