Роля куратара вучэбнай групы першага курса ў вышэйшай школе (агульныя рысы)

Abstract

У артыкуле разглядаюцца асноўныя напрамкі працы куратара першага курса ў вышэйшай школе. Аўтар слушна адзначае, што гісторыя вышэйшых навучальных устаноў Беларусі цесна звязана з развіццём інстытута куратарства і мае сваю даўнюю гісторыю. Падкрэсліваецца, што праца куратара рэгламентуецца заканадаўствам Рэспублікі Беларусь. Куратар выступае ў ролі выхавацеля, настаўніка, арганізатара і выканаўцы педагагічных спраў паколькі студэнты першага курса, у сваёй большасці, падлеткі. Вельмі часта ад яго прафесіяналізму залежыць як паспяховасць навучэнцаў, так і іх грамадзянская пазіцыя.

The article examines the main areas of work of the curator of the first year in the higher school. The author rightly points out that the history of higher educational institutions of Belarus is closely related to the development of the institution of curatorship and has a long history. It is emphasized that the curator's work is regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The curator acts as an educator, teacher, organizer and executor of pedagogical affairs, since the majority of first-year students are teenagers. Very often, both the success of students and their civic position depend on his professionalism.
