Кататанія ў клініцы псіхічных расстройстваў: прасторава-часавая арганізацыя

Abstract

У артыкуле апісаны “класічныя” праявы кататаніі, а таксама тыя, што даволі рэдка сустракаюцца ў паўсядзённай практыцы ўрача. Нададзена ўвага паходжанню кататаніі, якая можа быць як ідыяпатычнай, так і абумоўленай арганічнымі прычынамі. Апошнія надаюць клінічнай карціне расстройства стойкасць паталагічных сімптомаў, што ўскладняе лячэнне пацыентаў. Праявы кататаніі разгледжаны ў ракурсе парушэнняў яе прасторава-часавай арганізацыі, што прыводзіць да знікнення або скажэння свядомасці чалавека. Паказана, што расстройства апошняй выступае галоўным чыннікам патагенэзу кататаніі.

The article describes the "classic" manifestations of catatonia, as well as those that are quite rare in the everyday practice of a doctor. Attention is paid to the origin of catatania, which can be both idiopathic and due to organic causes. The latter give the clinical picture of the disorder the persistence of pathological symptoms, which complicates the treatment of patients. Manifestations of catatonia are examined from the perspective of violations of its spatio-temporal organization, which leads to the disappearance or distortion of human consciousness. It is shown that the disorder of the latter is the main cause of the pathogenesis of catatonia.
