Анатомические варианты позвоночных артерий по данным КТ-ангиографии

Abstract

По результатам компьютерной томографической ангиографии были выявлены случаи отхождения позвоночной артерии от дуги аорты и вариант ее вхождения в отверстие поперечного отростка пятого шейного позвонка. Диаметр позвоночных артерий на уровне 2-го и 4-го сегментов достоверно больше слева. Средние значение диаметра позвоночных артерий статистически достоверно больше у мужчин. Наиболее подвержены стенозу устья обеих позвоночных артерий и 4-й сегмент левой позвоночной артерии.

According to the results of computed tomographic angiography, the variability of the departure of the vertebral artery from the aortic arch and the variant of its entry into the opening of the transverse process of the fifth cervical vertebra were revealed. The diameter of the vertebral arteries at the level of the 2nd and 4th segments is significantly larger on the left. The average diameter of the vertebral arteries is statistically significantly higher in men. The mouths of both vertebral arteries and the 4th segment of the left vertebral artery are more susceptible to stenosis.
