Привлечение молодых преподавателей – это новые возможности для ВУЗа в будущем – возможность продолжать свои традиции и одновременно приспосабливаться к новому, а главное – это связь поколений. Отсутствие должного опыта, ученой степени, молодой возраст требуют более внимательного отношения к молодым педагогам. Именно поэтому так важно уделять внимание тому, как молодые педагоги приспосабливаются к новым для них условиям работы в ВУЗе. Важно для молодых педагогов и получение новых знаний в рамках своей дисциплины, специальности, научного направление и общественного признания результатов трудовой деятельности.
