Столетний путь развития кафедры общественного здоровья и здравоохранения Белорусского государственного медицинского университета

Abstract

Резюме. Статья посвящена деятельности кафедры общественного здоровья и здраво-охранения (ОЗиЗ) БГМУ за столетний период. Описаны основные направления развития и до-стижения кафедры в области общественного здоровья и здравоохранения. Отражены этапы и периоды деятельности кафедры ОЗиЗ: довоенный (1924 - 1941), во-енный (1943 - 1945), послевоенный (1945 - 1978), переходный - в условиях социально-экономических преобразований (1978 - 1995; 1995 - 2010), современный период (с 2010 г.). Дана характеристика 2 научно-педагогических школ – 1) общественного здоровья и здравоохранения; 2) истории медици-ны. Представлен научно-образовательный потенциал кафедры.

Resume. The article is devoted to the activities of the department of public health and healthcare (PHHC) of the BSMU for a hundred years. The main directions of development and achievements of the department in the field of public health and healthcare are described. The stages and periods of activity of the department of PHHC are shown. The stages and periods of activity of the department of public health and healthcare, which included: pre-war (1924 - 1941), military (1943 - 1945), post-war (1945 - 1978), transitional - in the conditions of socio-economic transformations (1978 - 1995; 1995 - 2010), modern period (since 2010). 2 scientific and pedagogical schools – 1) public health and healthcare, 2) history of medicine - are described. The contribution of the collective at each stage of the historical development of the department of PHHC is shown. The scientific and educational potential of the department is described.
