Костное ремоделирование при многооскольчатых диафизарных переломах костей голени в условиях гипербарической кислородной терапии
Abstract
We have studied the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy (GBCT) on the reparative regeneration of bone tissue in patients with multiple fractures of the lower leg bones. GBCT contributed to the growth of the energy supply of anabolic reactions, mainly aerobic, which created favorable conditions for the proliferation and differentiation of osteogenic cells and the synthesis of a full-fledged bone matrix. The results obtained indicate the optimization of bone remodeling in the fracture zone with the predominance of bone-forming processes in it, as a result of which the time of fracture consolidation was reduced.
