Подготовка зубов перед изготовлением адгезивно-шинирующего протеза

Abstract

Введение. Осложнением травмы зуба является его потеря. При отсутствии одного зуба в эстетической зоне зубного ряда врач-стоматолог определяет показания к выбору оптимального метода лечения, одним из которых является изготовление адгезивного или адгезивно-шинирующего протеза. Цель. Разработать алгоритм подготовки зубов к изготовлению адгезивно-шинирующего протеза. Материалы и методы. Проведенные нами экспериментальные и клинические исследования, анализ возможных причин ошибок и осложнений, возникающих при изготовлении адгезивных конструкций, позволили разработать алгоритм подготовки травмированных зубов к адгезивному протезированию. Результаты. Подготовка зубов к изготовлению адгезивно-шинирующего протеза включает несколько этапов: клиническую оценку зубов, замыкающих дефект; лучевые методы оценки твердых тканей опорных зубов; планирование расположения, цвета и формы комбинированного адгезивно-шинирующего протеза; выбор армирующего материала в зависимости от клинической ситуации; гигиенические мероприятия; эндодонтическое лечение подвижных зубов по медицинским показаниям; механическую подготовку твердых тканей зуба. Заключение. Соблюдение этапов подготовки зубов к изготовлению адгезивно-шинирующего протеза позволит увеличить срок службы конструкции

Introduction. A complication of tooth trauma is tooth loss. In the absence of one tooth in the aesthetic zone of the dentition, the dentist determines the indications for the choice of the optimal method of treatment, one of which is the fabrication of an adhesive or adhesive-shining prosthesis. Purpose. To develop an algorithm of tooth preparation for the fabrication of an adhesive splinting prosthesis. Materials and methods. Our experimental and clinical studies, analysis of possible causes of errors and complications arising during the fabrication of adhesive constructions allowed us to develop an algorithm for the preparation of traumatized teeth for adhesive prosthetics. Results. Preparation of teeth for the fabrication of an adhesive-retaining prosthesis includes several stages: clinical evaluation of the teeth closing the defect; radial methods of evaluation of the hard tissues of the supporting teeth; planning the location, color, and shape of the combined adhesive-retaining prosthesis; selection of the reinforcing material depending on the clinical situation; hygienic measures; endodontic treatment of mobile teeth according to medical indications; mechanical preparation of the hard tissues of the tooth. Conclusion. Compliance with the stages of preparation of teeth for fabrication of adhesive-retaining prosthesis will increase the service life of the construction.
