Клинический случай желчнокаменной болезни у ребенка первого года жизни

Abstract

В данной статье представлен клинический случай мальчика 2-х месяцев с желчнокаменной болезнью. Описана клиническая картина заболевания, представлены данные лабораторных и инструментальных методов исследования, определен метод лечения и исход заболевания.

Cholecystolithiasis is a very rare disease in childhood. Isolated cases have been reported in newborns and infants. In children, the disease is asymptomatic, but dyspeptic symptoms, colicky pain and jaundice may cause concern. This article presents a clinical case of a 2-month-old boy with cholecystolithiasis. Of the predisposing factors that led to the onset of the disease, there was only a family history (the mother had cholecystolithiasis, the uncle had Gilbert's syndrome). The clinical picture of the disease is described, data from laboratory and instrumental research methods are presented, the treatment method and outcome of the disease are determined. A peculiarity of the clinical case is the formation of cholecystolithiasis in a 2-month-old child, which is rare.
